I removed the sentence "It is from this region that the popular food Bolognaise takes its name". I'm pretty sure it's from Bologna in Italy (which is also the claim in the Bolognaise article). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.227.166.123 (talk) 12:07, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
