Annoying edit

It's slightly annoying that 169.157.229.67 felt the need to gratuitously Americanise the spelling of "colours". PeteVerdon

Boatswain or bosun whistles

Article does not cover "whistling aboard officers" and the many other sounds that the whistles were or are used for. I am particularly interested in what is supposed to be called a "still" used supposedly by the British Royal Navy--supposed to be a shrill specific sound to get everyone on board to stop and think of what was to come or had just happened. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pugetkid (talk • contribs) 06:06, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
