I'm going to add to Wikipedia:Requested pictures the alleged "Miss Belinda Blurb" dust jacket - if it exists then it's a free PD image now; and of course would add immeasurably to this article. Tempshill (talk) 02:40, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

I'm starting a spanish club - I need help... Well R.A. E. James told me the definition and I told my director. She acted like she didn't understand a thing I said. I need more specific results. Anyone else...? Millie —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.219.76.2 (talk) 00:34, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

Anecdote

The anecdote given in the History section does not sound like the origin of the word. Rather, it seem (at best) to describe how the term moved into the vernacular. The tale itself sounds like a humorist making fun of a word everybody already knows. Nor does the source seem to be reliable enough to state this as any more than a theory. Since this has been questioned for years without any satisfactory address, I'm labeling it as such. --12.106.209.61 (talk) 19:36, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
