Available for hire in Australia in 1990/1991[edit]

I believe I was introduced to this film during the period December 1990 - January 1991, when some friends rented it from a local video library.

Direct to video release[edit]

I removed the claims that the film was not given a UK theatrical release and never released in the USA, as these claims do not seem to be correct. See the notes on the distribution of the film at [1].--Ianmacm 20:46, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of images[edit]

A couple of new images have hopefully livened up the article. For fans of the film pining for a DVD release, there is a chance to view the original theatrical trailer on YouTube. --♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 14:53, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Michael McIntyre[edit]

In his autobiography, comedian Michael McIntyre (son of writer/director Ray Cameron) reveals he is the voice of ET in the "oh shit" segment at the end. Is this worthy of an addition to the credits?

This should be OK as long as it is sourced.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 19:24, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Reading the same memoirs, McIntyre, Michael 2010 Life & Laughing: My Story ISBN 9780718155810,
page 9 "My father is from Montreal in Canada."
page 21 "My father on the other hand, ... he was named Thomas Cameron McIntyre, ... changed his name to Ray Cameron ... [which] was his stage name."
page 57 "The final scene of the film [Bloodbath at the House of Death] is an E.T. spoof: a spaceship departing and E.T. running through the woods. The spaceship leaves without him, and E.T. says, 'Oh shit, not again!' ... the voice-over artist my dad hired to play E.T. was a six-year-old. Me."  Fixed
In the article, the director, producer and author of this movie is named as Ray Cameron, which is correct. However, this links to a New Zealand professional basketball player, which is incorrect!  Fixed but is now a red link. Incidentally, Michael McIntyre (2010) p. 56 reports that his Dad "... wrote, directed, produced, edited, appeared in and raised the finances for it, [Bloodbath at the House of Death] ..."
