Please re-write[edit]

Can someone please re-write at least the opening sentence which uses the words "blog", "hosting", "services" and "comments" to define Blog comment hosting service? Does Utterances counts as “comment hosting service”?[edit]

https://utteranc.es is special: it stores the comments in GitHub, instead of hosting them itself. However, it can usually be considered as an alternative to the services in this article.
