Plaquemines Parish, La. is not suburban New Orleans, Louisiana. It should more appropriately be described as a rural area near metropolitan New Orleans.

I am not sure if this article meets NPOV requirements under Wikipedia rules. To me it seems to have a bit of drift towards the tall tales department. Ernie (talk) 15:04, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Tickfaw State Park[edit]

Dear Mr. Nungesser,

I am certain that you are aware that Tickfaw State Park was severely damaged by Hurricane Ida. Please do everything you can to assist and encourage State efforts to restore the park to its original condition to the degree possible. Thank you. 107.126.44.37 (talk) 23:25, 6 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
