This page was previously deleted on grounds of copyright violation. The source has now been paraphrased, summarised and additional material provided. Category:Cornish nationalism[edit]

I removed category "Category:Cornish nationalism" added by unregistered editor. As so-called Cornish Nationalists have recently threatened celebrity chefs and fliers of the flag of St. George with violence and demonstrated their ability to light a fire, I suspect the subject of this article would prefer not to be so labelled. I have restored the category, since the imposition of a partisan POV has no place in a reference work. In any event, 'suspicion' cannot constitute grounds for such a move unless, of course, the subject has himself been consulted. 212.219.231.1 08:38, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rename disambiguation[edit]

Deacon is not really a linguist, he is a historian and academic in Cornish studies. I can find citations for this position should people need to be convinced, but honestly just reading what's already on his page shows no linguistics (besides being, like many, a Cornish speaker) and a great deal of history and Cornish Studies work.
