Yuriy Dzyаdyk I should ask you the same. Do you not see that your link edits only created red links? I have worked extensively on pages that you have done this to, I see, and I'm now trying to recall the correct form to repair your handiwork (which you, apparently, would call a "destructive edit"). And, why did you even link The Porcupine Advance? Unless you making a page for it, there is no need for that. Sorry, but your [1] inter-language link [[:es:David Dunlap|David Alexander Dunlap]] is very strange: it is forbidden (by bot!) in many wikies (Ukrainian, Russian, may be French, German, ...) as deceptive. There are many of special templates of proper interwikies (iw), e.g. uk:template:iw2, ru:template:iw2 = ru:template:не переведено 5 = ru:template:нп5, etc. So, example of proper interwiki by all-wiki template is {{iw2|David Alexander Dunlap||es|David Dunlap}} →‎ David Alexander Dunlap^{[the article is translated]}. If you hate red link (see pl:wp:erytrofobia, ru:вп:вики-эритрофобия), there is ru:template:не переведено 2, or ru:template:нп3. — Yuriy Dzyаdyk (t•c), 00:06, 2 April 2019 (UTC).[reply]

@Dzyadyk: Very strange and forbidden by some Wikis? That's the strangest thing I've heard yet in the Wiki World. How is it destructive? I got it here, from Wikipedia.org — I will look into it further, to be sure. Your links did not seem to work, but I now see the little es to the right becomes the link. @Dzyadyk: I took the issue to Help and was told that "Whether it is forbidden in other language Wikipedias is not relevant" and "Foreign Wikipedia policies are not relevant here," (which I find somewhat strange, because I would think that a certain universality would be desirable). Nonetheless, the link method I'd used is, they say, not common, and is more or less discouraged, for the other reasons you'd stated, but not forbidden. Your initial comment, "please, revert your destructive edit", had set a very negative tone, unnecessarily, and your superfluous red-link added to The Porcupine Advance had first given me the impression that your replacement links were all just links to nowhere, whereas most were inter-language links.
