Page move[edit]

My initial title, "Ben Jones (academic)", doesn't have the best disambiguation. After a request on User talk:Jayhawker08, I moved it to "Benjamin F. Jones". (Other reasonable titles exist.) I moved the existing page to Benjamin F. Jones (old history) as a precaution. (While that page eventually became a redirect to Benjamin Franklin Jones (industrialist), I don't think it's actually a {{R with history}}.) Wikiacc () 07:12, 30 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I moved Benjamin F. Jones (old history)Benjamin F. Jones (RNC chairman). That article was created by Ai.kefu on 10 November 2006‎. Pustelnik redirected the page at 19:39, 10 August 2008. At that time, the merged version was entirely about his RNC chairmanship. This is not what the industrialist is primarily known for. Pustelnik first added mention of his RNC chairrmanship at 12:54, 9 August 2008, but the succession box didn't get merged until 21:03, 31 January 2009. Right, this is probably overkill attribution, for the simple addition of basic facts. – wbm1058 (talk) 22:04, 30 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
