Update needed[edit]

Bellesrad seems to have switch to an other entity or its name have changed to "Bellesozaschita" see : http://www.bellesozaschita.by./ and at the bottom of https://www.mlh.by/en/our-main-activites/safety-and-security/radiatsionnaya-bezopasnost/

Беллесозащита is a different entity, it existed wat earlier, traced to 1967. Its full name is государственное учреждение по защите и мониторингу леса "government agency for forest protection and monitoring". It also has a department for radiation monitoring. Here and here is meaningful info (in belarusian) And yes, "1 студзеня 2014 года ў выніку рэарганізацыі Дзяржаўнай установы па абароне і маніторынгу лесу “Беллесаабарона” у яго склад увайшлі структурныя падпадзелы Дзяржаўнай установы радыяцыйнага кантролю і радыяцыйнай бяспекі “Беллесарад”. "On January 1, 2014, as a result of the reorganization of the State Institution for Protection and Monitoring of the Forest "Bellesabarona", it included structural subdivisions of the State Institution for Radiation Control and Radiation Safety "Bellesarad".
