"It is not shown to be an effective treatment for any illness"[edit]

The cite for this assertion lists 17 conditions it is not shown to be effective for. The leap to "it is not shown to be an effective treatment for any illness" and "there are no known conditions where bed rest is shown to be an effective treatment" is a long one. Proving a negative is difficult--Mongreilf (talk) 01:02, 25 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
