I added some stuff to this page last year, as there were three creations to this title, not two; I notice the changes were deleted, without explanation, some time after.

Third title[edit]

Just a question; when the 4th William Edwardes became Baron Kensington in the UK peerage, how did that work?
Did the Irish title become converted into a UK one? Or did he become 1st Baron Kensington (UK) instead? Or did he hold both titles (5th b Kensington (Irish), and 1st b Kensington (UK) at the same time)?

Found it; Whittakers refers to the current holder as "Baron Kensington(8th) and Kensington(5th)", so that would be option three...Swanny18 (talk) 19:51, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
