Confused[edit]

Infobox and info seem to have a mix of the old and new (copy/paste from older article?) e.g. printing starting in 2002 (current design), but then the design date is "13 September 2016" . Widefox; talk 11:08, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

First or second introduction?[edit]

"Five pound notes were introduced by the Bank of England in 1793, following the ten pound note which had been introduced in 1759 as a consequence of gold shortages caused by the Seven Years' War. The 5 pound note was introduced again, due to gold shortages caused by the French Revolutionary Wars and the Napoleonic Wars.."

Apart from the lamentable lack of hyphens, what is "again" meant to mean? Are we not still talking of the first introduction of the five-pound note? Harfarhs (talk) 21:32, 28 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
