Concrete vs Steel Frame[edit]

1- I have described this building on the assumption that it is a steel frame (vs high strength concrete), If anyone knows for sure, please let me know. 2- Anyone has floor plans for the upper levels above OR has been to the upper levels, please let me know. Finally, 3- there is an article that states it has FOUR elevators, I can only find the two as shown on the floor plan...anybody knows for sure? Thank you! ovA_165443 02:31, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
