Not a merger - just a holding company![edit]

Please note that BAE Systems AB is just a holding company for the two Swedish BAE Systems companies, BAE Systems Hägglunds AB and BAE Systems Bofors AB, and that the current plans are not to merge the respective companies but rather to keep them as separate entities. I feel that my English is to weak to edit the article myself, but I might be able to help finding and translating information about this in Swedish if it's hard to find public information in English on the web.
