This page should not be speedy deleted because...[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... It's a developing page about an athlete. As World Championships come and go, new athletes emerge and we're developing the pages to cover their careers. Mukanov's page started with his great performance at the 2013 World Judo Championships and he's only 22 years old.
