Villa Rica, Georgia[edit]

The company was based here in 2003. A Studebaker Avanti XUV, a Hummer-like vehicle, was displayed at the Chicago Auto Show. GM were taking legal action. Avanti saves auto workers[edit]

I don't know if anybody is familiar with this, but there was a TV news magazine article about Avanti replacing an auto plant in the Midwest of the Big 3 that was shut down in the 1970's. I don't remember if it was Dateline on NBC or CBS Sunday Morning. Does anyone know about this story? ---------User:DanTD (talk) 19:43, 7 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
