Competition format section[edit]

New information about the event published on Olympedia show numerous DNS athletes that lead one to believe info about the smaller field and preliminary heats may require updating. I plan to come back to this section after I've made a pass on the rest of 1920 articles but if anyone has info on the unusually high number of DNS it would be great to have that added as I can't find much.
