Relation to the Branch of Astrogeology?[edit]

Is this page synonymous with the U.S. Geological Survey, Branch of Astrogeology? I see this report about aforementioned branch is cited in this article, but the report does not mention the "Astrogeology Research Program" anywhere, nor does this wiki page mention the Branch. Also, this news story about the Branch's involvement with the Apollo program seems to have a lot of overlap with the scope of this article. BhamBoi (talk) 21:52, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
