We Are the AVP[edit]

I have merged and redirected "We Are the AVP" into this article as we do not need a separate article for the song. I was bold in doing this and if anyone has any comments/questions/concerns please discuss here or on my talk page. --WillMak050389 03:59, 25 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"We originally incorporated under the name Malone Road Investments, Ltd., on August 6, 1990, in the Isle of Man. We re-domesticated in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 1992 and subsequently domesticated as a Delaware corporation in 1994. Pursuant to Delaware law, we are deemed to have been incorporated in Delaware as of the date of our formation in the Isle of Man. We changed our name to PL Brands, Inc. in 1994; changed our name to Othnet, Inc. in March 2001; and changed our name to AVP, Inc. on March 9, 2005. On 12/12/08, AVP issued a press release and made an SEC filing to "deregister" its stock. The press release disclosed that there are fewer than 300 shareholders. As a result, after approximately 3/12/09, AVP no longer made any filings with the SEC, so public information about the corporation's affairs (including ownership and financial) is much more difficult to obtain.
