History section[edit]

Hello, I deleted this sentence from the history section: "deletion of their names from the country's electoral rolls" because I could not find any sources supporting this claim. If any are found, feel free to reinstate this statement. Another issue: regarding the paragraph that starts with: "AASU then constituted the All Assam Gana Sangram Parishad (AAGSP)...." It is unclear what this paragraph is trying to say. Would appreciate anyone who could simplify it for the average reader.
