Law[edit]

Artistic merit is something that pertains to law, such as in obscenity cases and I think also in the Canadian system. It is used as a defense that makes illegal media otherwise legal due to this merit. It is coupled with other types such as scientific/medical merit. Nym (talk) 16:01, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
