42nd and 44th amendments practically rewritten constitution of India. There must be a separate article on 44th amendment. The gravity of 44th amendment can be seen from the no. of articles it amended in this page. More importantly it relates to important issues like removal of Right to property from fundamental rights, restoration of Supreme court's powers of judicial review.
