I suggest that the New York Post and the Daily Mail may not qualify as reliable sources and thus should not be included in the article as references. I think they're ordinarily regarded as reliable sources and the subject matter that they reported is also reported by quite a few other sources. Most notably, Gross' book, the most extensive reporter of the Mayflower Hotel business, is published by Simon and Schuster who certainly would be considered a reliable fact-checker for the purposes of WP:SECONDARY. That said, I'm a bit uncomfortable that the Mayflower Hotel matter is an intrusion into MacArthur's privacy. It might be best to cut the article off with no mention of him from 2004 onwards. Can I suggest we leave it be until the AfD is resolved and then consider how any privacy issues in the article should be addressed? If the article is deleted, it's all a moot point... It's mildly ironic that one of the first papers to report on the trivial details of Arthur MacArthur's life was The News (Adelaide), which Rupert Murdoch inherited from his father; and seventy years later Murdoch's New York Post is publishing sensationalist articles about the man. Professional life

Recent cat change of people from Manila to musicians from Manila might be correct. However, it was uncited and the article mentions nothing except his talent as a young player. Further web digging reveals nothing to indicate Arthur Macarthur had embarked on a professional musical career under his own name or assumed name David Jordan.
