Arteezy is one of the most popular people in the Dota 2 community. His twitch stream regularly reaches 30,000 people. He is one of the top earning esports professionals.

I'm looking through search results for Arteezy and really finding nothing that looks like it would help meet any of the general notability guidelines or the guidelines for people. What provision of WP:NPERSON are you looking at? I don't believe there's anything about everybody who is on a top team in any sport being notable, nor do I see anything that says a person is notable if two of his teammates are.
