Margaret Hasluck[edit]

Margaret Hasluck wrote a series of articles about this place. In the late 90s there was an Ottoman minaret of very early date standing on a prominence near the lake. Searching for sources. Aramgar (talk) 01:58, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rationale for the "B" word.[edit]

Laveol, please provide rationale for the Bulgarian name included in the title. Is there another reason, logic perhaps, apart from the clear POV push? PMK1 (talk) 13:04, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Done. We can do this for every settlement you know :) --Laveol T 13:15, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I know Vasil Kanchov is your and Todor best friend. If this can be done then the "Bulgarian" name can be added to every single place in the ROM. This is clearly POV. The language spoken in the region, and in the past, has always been the Macedonian variants of Slavic. Bulgarian was a foreign language comparable to Serbian or Greek (in the past of course). Yes, and you know best. You're the only person that can be a source in this article. You didn't read it again btw, no Kanchov here since you dislike him so much for being a Bulgarian. --Laveol T 14:01, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What source, it is clear that the "Bulgarian" name is infact the Macedonian Slavic one. Unless you halt with the WP:FRINGEVIEW additions and the strong WP:POV presented by the addition of Bulgarian, when that name is already meantioned as Macedonian Slavic, then the issue will be taken to an administrator or posted either under WP:SPAM, WP:FRINGE, WP:OR or even here again. This is a serious issue, please stop with the Fringe veiws and Strong POV pushing. PMK1 (talk) 14:07, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
