Contradictions[edit]

section 1: "Germany launched a successful counteroffensive in September 1916, capturing Bucharest"

At Marie of Romania we say "Bucharest fell to Austrian troops"

section 2: "The Treaty of Brest-Litovsk (cease-fires)OR(troop withdrawals) made Romania geographically exposed. Lacking Russian support, the Romanian government was subsequently forced to sue for peace.[1][3]"

Perhaps this should be edited as I have done. If not, then more sharply elsewhere.
Dates from this article and the two linked here: Russia cease-fires signed 1917-12-04/05; Romania truce signed 12-09; Russia B-L negotiations begun 12-15; Russia B-L treaty signed 1918-03-03; Romania Treaty of Bucharest signed 05-07. Romania suit for peace before 12-09 cannot be subsequent to B-L anything, even response to the Russia cease-fires seems unlikely.
