Original research?[edit]
The reference provided links to a revision of Leptostylae, not to a paper about the creation of a separate genus. A reference for the formal de- and circumscription of Argentina Hill. is much needed. Otherwise looks like original research. Alexei Kouprianov 13:30, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- Hill's work dates from 1756. We don't usually put dates with the name as zoologists do, but this might be a case where we would want to do that. The page as written at present makes it sound as if the separation of the genus is some sort of insight from recent molecular studies, which is quite misleading.
