Moving section

I am moving the "Buildings proposed / under construction / envisioned" section of this article to List of tallest buildings in Kansas City, Missouri article. This will make it match the articles that have reached Feature List status for other cities, such as: List of tallest buildings in Chicago, List of tallest buildings in Dallas, List of tallest buildings in Boston, and List of tallest buildings in Tulsa, to pick four that have achieved Feature status, at random. Housing Architecture: Kansas City Shirtwaist and Colonnade

This article does a good job of covering the large projects, but don't forget about the smaller aspects! There's a couple residential dwellings that originated out of KC as well.

Kansas City Shirtwaist: Also called a Midwest Shirtwaist, it's a single family dwelling style that anyone from KC should recognize. Articles that go into further depth on this: [[1]] [[2]]

Kansas City Colonnade: Multi family, usually 6 units on 3 floors with 4 columns, also easily recognizable. Played an important role in the transition of multi-family dwellings moving from strictly tenement buildings to an option for the middle and upper classes. Heavily influenced by the abundance of boulevards and green spaces in the city. [[3]]
