Clarify versions[edit]

This document is an earlier version of the Charter; the Revised Charter is the version that came into force in 2008. A discussion of the differences might be useful on this page - not sure if a new page should be created for the newer version?

Shaw reference[edit]

The following quote, which constitutes the last sentence of the main body, needs to referenced properly:

It obviously cannot be referring to the imeediately preceeding material, as that material is about statements and positions in 2008. Can the contibutor indicate what it is supposed to be supporting? IMHO (talk) 19:43, 2 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
