2008[edit]

The single reference doesn't work209.189.246.36 (talk) 06:12, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have access to Peter Rodwell's book, all of Apricot File, some Apricot handbooks plus additional material. I will try to include a few more references in the (near?) future. --Jost Riedel (talk) 11:47, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Apricot Picobook Pro[edit]

The specifications for this cute little machine take up to much space of the article. If you feel that all these technical details should indeed be included in Wikipedia, please create a new article for this computer and put it there.--Jost Riedel (talk) 11:46, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tone[edit]

The lead of this article reads more like a magazine article than an encyclopaedia article, hence the template. Stannered (talk) 00:42, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. I was employed by ITL before their takeover of that company and that was handled very badly from a people pont of view. As for innovation their PC version used the A drive as the HDD so someone used to a 'normal' PC using a floppy had the experience of formatting their HDD.

A more balanced intro would be welcome.

History[edit]

Apparently the company began in 1965 but the account of its history begins in 1982. It would be nice to know what was going on during those seven years. 86.185.216.158 (talk) 09:28, 16 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Keyboard with microdisplay?[edit]

The article seems to be saying that there was some sort of text display on the keyboard, but it is not clear without a picture what that means. Also, what did people actually use it for? Or was it just a gimmick? B9 (talk) 03:28, 13 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
