Appropriate (play)Appropriate – Sole Wikipedia main title header bearing this exact name form, thus obviating need for the parenthetical qualifier "(play)". Users seeking WP:DICDEF may be helped by a hatnote to the effect of — This article is about the play. For articles about similar topics, see Appropriation (disambiguation). — Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 23:48, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. This is not the primary topic for the term "appropriate". "Appropriate" is a reasonable and natural search term for any of the articles about "appropriation" (Appropriation (art), Appropriation (law), etc.). I wouldn't exclude such articles from consideration just because their titles aren't exact matches. Readers looking for information about "appropriate" in any of those senses aren't expected to know in advance what the titles are going to be (or, for that matter, to know WP:NOUN). I also draw a comparison with a case now mentioned at WP:SMALLDETAILS: "Gray Poupon" only has one exact match, Gray Poupon (album), but the exact match isn't the primary topic as Grey Poupon is nevertheless what searchers are likely to mean.
