"Sometimes a term may begin as a pejorative word and eventually be adopted in an approbative sense."

Which means that derogatory terms eventually lose their ability to offend... Which *really* means that Nobody should take offense to name calling in the first place!

Thank you for helping me add another argument to my "People shouldn't take offense to name calling" thesis :)
