This article is wrong. The anthelic point is not the same as the antisolar point. The antisolar point is the point opposite the sun. While the sun is above the horizon this point is marked by the shadow of the observing object and is below the horizon. The anthelic point however is the same latitude as the sun. While the sun is above the horizon, the anthelic point is opposite the sun and the same latitude above the horizon. In otherwords, the antisolar point and the anthelic point are to be found opposite the sun and above and below the horizon at any point in time.
