Article title[edit]

The title of this article is ambiguous and probably should be changed. First, the article is mostly talking about the anti-nuclear power movement, whereas the term "anti-nuclear movement" often also includes anti-nuclear weapons movements. If the latter meaning is to be included, the article should be re-written since the anti-nuclear weapons movement in Japan goes back to the 1950s. Even if the article is only going to concentrate on the anti-nuclear power movement, that itself goes back to the 1970s if not earlier, and so the article needs to include that. If it does not, it should be retitled something like "Anti-nuclear power movement in Japan in the 2010s". Michitaro (talk) 11:30, 26 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've made a couple of changes which should help. Please contribute some of the missing history if you wish. Johnfos (talk) 12:45, 26 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This entry is badly out of date and should not be relied upon for accurate, current info re: use of nuclear power and current political situation in Japan. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.79.223.116 (talk) 20:04, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Considerable updating now done. Johnfos (talk) 11:36, 9 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Awkward Sentence[edit]

I found a sentence at the end of the first paragraph of the article that I feel should be changed. The sentence reads, "While exact details may be in dispute, it is clear that the safety culture in Japan's nuclear industry has come under greater scrutiny." I was planning on changing it in order to make the sentence have more clarity, and maybe make it sound more neutral. Bcallan15 (talk) 00:09, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
