Standardized usage

I count 18 instances of "anticlericalism" (without a hyphen) and 40 instances of "anti-clericalism" (with a hyphen) in our article. The article subject name uses a hyphen. The cited sources use both. Should the usage be standardized throughout the article, or does it matter? Nit-picking-ly, Xenophrenic (talk) 20:24, 20 March 2017 (UTC)
