Given Vladimir Luxuria is trans-gender but not transsexual, this means it is accurate to say that Anna Grodzka is Europe's first transsexual MP. There's also a decent citation [1] so am adding that. Thanks, -Chumchum7 (talk) 11:24, 19 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is no source for Anna Grodzka self-identifying as transsexual so as per MOS:IDENTITY she should be described as transgender as that is how she describes herself. Also the status of her genitals is not relevant to the article so I have replaced that with the date she transitioned. Jesszkey (talk) 11:53, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Difrences bettween polish and english version of this article[edit]

I'm a bilingual polish women and I would happily add to this article information that can be found on polish Wikipedia, but in current state polish site about Anna Grodzka is written in a very inappropriate language. For example: It calls her "transsexual person" instead of "trans woman" and never acknowledges to be a woman, deadnames her repeatedly without reason and uses term "sex change". Somebody was even considering putting there a photo of her before transision. Could I get some help/sources to explain why it all of that shouldn't be done? All the changes trying to correct that was instantly reverted. Nobody cares when I'm mentioning en wiki guidelines. Matinee71 (talk) 16:44, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't you rather search for the pl-WP guidelines? I know that both fr-WP and de-WP are proud to not care about specific reglementations of en-WP, and the same night be true in pl-WP. But the overall rules of neutrality are written into the core of each [language]-project, so better refer to the Polish guidelines.

Unless G-translate doesn't deceive me, the overall article itself seems okay. At least, she isn't called an 'it' as has been the case in a very offending version here, once. But nuances escape G-translations. Also, what is deadnaming?

Photos of her before she achieved popularity seem inappropriate, unless she disseminates those herself. Look up privacy guidelines, perhaps there is something in biographies of living people?
