I've taken the liberty of changing genu to genus, given that this is the official name for the taxonomic rank in English even when referring to the singular. I think that most readers will recognize the latter more readily. Klbrain (talk) 16:22, 2 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Unsatisfactory wording[edit]

"Hosts infected (...) are unable to reproduce before the parasite completes its life cycle and kills the host."

I think that, after the killing, the hosts are not able to reproduce at all... so... why mentioning it? LoredanaNiculae (talk) 13:33, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
