I did not copy my text from the Texas Handbook, although it was a source, and sentences were referenced. Kiddo27 (talk) 15:50, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sentences were properly referenced, but it still read as a close paraphrase in both wording and sentence order, and as such still infringes copyright. See also Wikipedia:FAQ/Copyright#Derivative_works. VernoWhitney (talk) 16:00, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Policy links much appreciated. Infringement certainly was not my intention, so I've started over with a stub at Talk:Alta Loma, Texas/Temp. Given that a majority of the material would be in chronological order, therefore, in the same order as the Handbook article, I will leave that to someone else to expand upon, should the article be replaced with the stub and not deleted. Ok, the stub looks fine, so an admin should get around to moving it over the current page Sunday or Monday when they go through the list of all the articles tagged for copyright issues last weekend. VernoWhitney (talk) 18:39, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I appreciate the help.Kiddo27 (talk) 05:00, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
