I question the entry under the "1963" heading that says: "Crossover of DC Heroes for The Brave and the Bold - Hawkman & the Flash (DC Comics)" There never was an issue of The Brave and the Bold featuring Hawkman and the Flash. There were Hawkman/Aquaman, Flash/Atom, and Flash/Martian Manhunter issues, but no Hawkman/Flash. (See http://www.comics.org to verify.)
