Section headers[edit]

Wikipedia:Guide_to_layout#Structure_of_the_article recommends (for good reason) against short sections, which is particularly relevant to this article, in which the paragraph about the music video is not large enough for its own "Music video" section. It doesn't make much sense to label a section of a song article "Song information"; readers are likely to expect the entire article will contain information about the song. "Music video" header removed again. That other, similar articles include short, paragraph-long sections (including ones titled "Music video") does not mean that it is fine to insert unnecessary section headers in this article, particularly because it violates the Wikipedia Manual of Style. Featuring Coldplay version??[edit]

Please confirm that is this song that features Chris Martin only or Coldplay (unclear) exists. I found the song from Limewire.. but I'm not sure this one does exist. thank you —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.247.53.106 (talk) 8 January 2007

Who is that guy in the video?[edit]

If you take a look at the world wide web, you'll find out that there is a huge number of people that wants to know who that guy in "All Good Things (Come To An End)" is! Does anybody know? I gave up searching... Thanks! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.58.87.35 (talk) 11 January 2007

  • Yes, who is that?

Melody stolen ?[edit]

The melody of the refrain sounded very fimilar to me the first time I heard it, so I searched the internet for more info on it, but besides some other people who thought it's similar to them too, I couldn't find anything usefull. It reminds me very strong of the Dragostea Din tei (or whatever) refrain singing-melody. Ap2000 02:19, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's not O-Zone. --Energman 16:44, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Your "comment" is absolutely un-informative... what is not O-Zone !? Ap2000 01:03, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
O-Zone?!? That's like comparing apples and oranges...All Good Things does not sound remotely like the Numa-Numa song. Jumping cheese Cont@ct 06:47, 24 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The singing of the Haiducci (sp ?) version certainly does. Ap2000 18:30, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

I am positive I've heard this song, or someone elses version of it, some years in the past, but google doesn't provide any useful proof to back up this claim. And no, it's not O-Zone. 82.203.148.236 20:45, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've heard O-Zone's "Dragostea Din Tei" a thousand times as well as I did hear "All Good Things (Come to an End)" by Nelly Furtado a thousand times! And for me, these songs are worlds apart! Not a single thing in common!

Australian Charts[edit]

please stop removing the Australian charts from this. thanks. 211.30.60.106 07:02, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article or PR Release[edit]

I can't help but feel reading this article that it is less an encyclopedia entry than a PR release by the singer/fan club ... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.240.207.79 (talk) 18:46, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

external link suggestion[edit]

Wikichap33 (talk) 22:51, 21 October 2008 (UTC) This page has very good information about this song: video, lyrics and meaning of the song. How about adding it to the External Links section?[reply]

http://www.multimedia-english.com/htm/music/2008/all-good-things.htm

  • No it is unnecessary information. Firstly the copyrights of the lyrics are held by record companies. Secondly, "meanings" of songs are fan interpretations and not classified as factual information. Wikipedia is a factual encyclopeida, and therefore it is not suitable. Reqluce (talk) 07:43, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Will this place ever change?[edit]

No less than 15 statements were slapped with a {{fact}} requirement around a year ago, demanding sources that took me less than 7 minutes to locate, and that I will add in a moment. This, once again, serves to prove two universally valid principles:

  1. Wikipedians are lazy by nature, and its associated Wikipedian motto:
  2. Never bother to search for a source yourself, just put ye olde {{fact}} and pass the buck to the next one who visits the article.

Every now and then, when I revisit Wikpedia and even remotely consider rejoining, I remember why I all but left this project in the first place - nothing has changed (for the better, that is) in four long years. Say you will (talk) 00:33, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No Single Infobox?[edit]

Why is there no infobox, considering this is a single, and the rest of Furtado's single articles have infoboxes? (By infobox, I mean the chart with the single's cover, duration, release date, etc.) Can anyone find a way to restore it, as I'm pretty sure there was one earlier, the last time I read this article? I would add one in myself, but I lack the information to fill it out. I checked out the History page to see if I could find and restore it, but I'm not very wiki-savvy, so I think someone else should try to do it. 67.193.252.159 (talk) 01:44, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
