Alinda of the Loch meets criteria four for published notibility. It is used in the United Kingdom in the school district in Andover. The focus is to teach both language and cultural differences between the United Kingdom and the United States. The book is used in at least five community college courses (Personal Development and Marketing)at Santa Barbara City College to show the perceptions and values based on a identifying the differences between a fairy tale and a modern day princess.

Criteria one is also covered as the book received multiple reviews at the website Wake Up Celebrity Authors.
