The Murder of Alfonso XII[edit]

The revolt of the prince of Austerias against his brother may have ended by his murder at the instigation of Henry IV. Ericl 20:44, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tordesillas[edit]

Are you sure he was born in Tordesillas? There is some evidence that he, like his sister, was born in Madrigal de las Altas Torres. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Koppchen (talkcontribs) 10:45, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Alfonso the Innocent[edit]

Am I missing something? I found one book Medieval Iberia: An Encyclopedia calling him "Alfonso the Innocent". How about Alfonso of Castile, Prince of Asturias to disambuate between the other Princes.--The Emperor's New Spy (talk) 03:52, 27 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No, that's about it. On the other hand, how many encyclopedias have an entry for him in the first place? "Alfonso el Inocente" is quite common - but the results are in Castilian, of course. "Alfonso of Castile, Prince of Asturias" is definitely better than the present title. Surtsicna (talk) 08:57, 27 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
