A note about his official website[edit]

WVMV is NOT a "jazz station," it is a "smootth jazz station." There is a BIG difference. The term "smooth jazz" refers to easy-listening music that is not actually jazz at all.

Any characterization of smooth jazz is subjective. Saying that "smooth jazz" is not jazz at all is at best a controversial statement and at worst unjustifiably dismissive. And I don't even like smooth jazz. 6StringJazzer (talk) 20:10, 2 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

"mastered the basics of it by the year's end." That sounds like something written by the subject himself as though it were for his web site bio. If this person is enough of a celebrity to warrant his own page here, then there should be independently sourced biographical facts.
