Alexander PotebnjaOleksandr Potebnja – Oleksandr Potebnja was a Ukrainian scientist, therefore, his name ought to be transliterated by the rules of the Ukrainian languauge. In the text of the article, his name has been correctly transliterated to Oleksandr Potebnja. The name of the article, however, still needs changing.   • Oppose per WP:COMMONNAME as shown in this Ngram. Changing things to what they "ought to be" is WP:RGW, which isn't what we're here for. I personally would have something to say about the titles of most of Israel's towns if I had my druthers, but the guidelines are clear and meant to prevent clashes of opinion.
