2050?[edit]

Is there a source for this piece of information? It seems a little far-off to be talking about turning the highway into a freeway 45 years from now. Are you sure the correct date isn't more like 2020? 68.145.238.33 14:20, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

It seems that the stuff on Hwy 11A could easily go here - most of Hwy 11A is just an alternate route running parrallel to Hwy 11. Anyone else have two bits on the matter? --Mr Minchin Canada 19:25, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Railway Crossings and the Cygnet Lake causeway[edit]

Railway crossings are very important to someone who would want to drive on the highway. They serve as great landmarks and may help people be better aware of them. I added them, but the were removed. May I re-add them? Also, the causeway over cygnet lake is quite an important part of the highway. It crosses Sylvan Creek and serves as a sanctuary for ducks and other birds. May I re-add that too? Abraham lake was also on this article for years, but it seems to have also been removed. Other lakes the highway passes by have also been removed. Abraham lake is a popular tourist attraction and I think it should be re-added. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Beejsterb (talkcontribs) 00:31, 9 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please review WP:RJL#What to include. Railway crossings are not identified as things to include. Also, while crossings of major water bodies are things to include, Cygnet Lake is certainly not major. Abraham Lake was probably removed when this article was updated to comply with WP:RJL. Since the highway doesn't cross the lake, it should not be included within the junction list, but could definitely be mentioned it the "Route description" section. Alright, but I believe that the Cygnet lake causeway and the Sykvan Creek crossing is notable enough to include. Beejsterb (talk) 01:02, 13 July 2016 (UTC) Beejsterb (talk) 01:02, 13 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
