Neutrality.[edit]

The tone of this article does not appear to meet neutral point of view standards.

The reference to the 1998 Sunday Times aricle on Cyprus isn't available and therefore does not include Meale's right of reply. I believe the information comes from a Turkish Cypriot blogpage which doesn't meet good independent source requirements. I can't find the Sunday Times article. If it can be found, it can be cited so long as its a fair summary.
The section linking Mansfield's numerous problems with Meale's tenure appears to invite a conclusion that the two are linked. If a good independent source says this then fine, otherwise it qualifies as original research.
The mention of expenses without any reference is lazy. There are plenty of sources and I will include numeric information.

Because this is a biography of a living person I've removed uncited offending material. I'm happy to provide technical help to anyone wishing to expand the article with a decent source whatever its political tone. JRPG (talk) 12:58, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Anti-cultist?[edit]

The only evidence provided is his name on a list from 2002. Is he really notable for this so that it takes up half the lede and is the topic of a category and a template? Kitfoxxe (talk) 13:42, 25 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
