Untitled[edit]

I can remember signs "End SR 14" being in downtown Auburn in the 1970s--I think the extension to Opelika was later than the construction of I-85. Or maybe the signs (and some maps) of that era were incorrect?--Bhuck 11:21, 30 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Discrepancies in eastern terminus[edit]

According to the (only!) source currently cited in this article, SR14 ends at SR147. However, according to the OpenStreetMap widget/embed, it terminates at a junction with US29 and I85. Even more confusingly, according to the most current MPO map for Auburn/Opelika, it ends... somewhere. It ends either at US431 or at I85. There is no SR14 badge along what presumably is/could be the route after 431.

I'm not sure how to format a link on talk pages, so here is the link to the MPO map: https://www.dot.state.al.us/maps/pdf/surveyMapping/HFC/regse/41-AuburnOpelikaMPO.pdf Tyris776 (talk) 04:01, 27 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Eastern Terminus[edit]

I personally know someone who works in the Lee County ALDOT district. the terminus is at the intersection with 147, after turning left entering into town before MLK Drive. Any other map showing anything else is wrong. --SherbetS (talk) 20:16, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
