Publication dates dubious.[edit]

The dates of publication for the books listed are suspect. To start with, some of them are well after the dated cited for the author's death. For another thing, I am sure I myself read one of the books ("Bring out the Magic in Your Mind") well before 1988, when it was supposedly published.

They may be dates of republication after being out print; but such dates are probably much less useful than dates of original publication - and if kept they should be cited as dates of reissue. (I can't do it myself, since I don't know enough about this author's bibliography.) M.J.E. (talk) 22:28, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've got a copy of "Bring out the Magic in your Mind", published by A Thomas & Co. of Preston, in front of me. The first edition, first printing, was September 1964. The fourth printing, which is the book I have, was September 1965. Emartuk (talk) 15:19, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have a copy of the first U.S. edition of How to Bring Out the Magic In Your Mind. Copyright MCMLXIV by A. Thomas and Co. First U.S. edition October, 1965 by Frederick Fell, Inc., 386 Park Avenue South, New York, N.Y. 10016. Library of Congress Catalog Card No. 66-10276. Manufactured in the United States of America. Printed simultaneously in Canada by George J. McLeod, Limited, Toronto 2B, Ontario. ---- I have a scan of the book cover, but haven't figured out how to upload it to Wikipedia. Any suggestions? ---- — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gmduli (talkcontribs) 19:03, 1 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
