Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because I didn't understand the policies of making an article at first, and hopefully now I do. This building is considered to be a monument in Jerusalem, and information should be provided about it. As a new user, I am learning how to write articles, and will be happy if I'm provided with more information as to how to correct them, instead of having them deleted.
